Project manager on the implementation of the State Register of Property Rights

In addition to its existing reform portfolio, SURGe will assist the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the modernization of the State Property Rights Registration Management System (the System) (State Register of Property Rights).

Within this component, SURGe is aimed to support the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the System development in terms of analyzing the existing regulatory framework, improving the efficiency of property rights registration processes, increasing the protection and observance of the rights of Ukrainian citizens.
