Collection of commercial proposals for providing graphic design services and creating infographics

Within the framework of the project “Support to Government Reforms in Ukraine” (SURGe) it is planned within the iniative on education quality assurance to create graphic content, including infographics, layout of information materials, creation of presentations, etc.

This announcement is an invitation to participate in the selection of commercial proposals for the provision of graphic design services.

Expected term of services: October - December 2020.

Graphic design and infographic creation services may include (but are not limited to):

● Creation of graphic design of any materials according to the technical task of the Customer;

● Creating infographics for publications and online materials;

● Development of graphic design of project materials;

● Typesetting of text materials.

Conditions for participation in the selection

Legal entities with relevant work experience are invited to participate in the selection.

List of documents for application:

1. Information about the supplier and samples of previous works / portfolio;

2. Information on the cost of relevant services / goods (per hour of work or unit of product. For example, layout of infographics, layout of text materials, layout of presentations, etc.) in the form of a commercial offer;

3. Copies of registration documents (extract on state registration, certificate of taxpayer, other documents if available).

Commercial proposals are accepted by e-mail lilya.drozdyk@gmail.com until October 20, 2020 at 17:00.

The subject of the e-mail must be specified: "Commercial design proposal".
