In October 2019, Agriteam Canada launched a new five-year project in Ukraine: Support to Ukraine’s Reforms for Governance (SURGe). 

SURGe’s Ultimate Outcome is to help the Government of Ukraine (GoU) to deliver governance and economic reforms that better respond to the needs of its citizens.
 

SURGe provides technical assistance to the Presidential Commissioner on children rights and several GoU Ministries on the reform of institutional care of children. The ultimate outcome is to ensure that each child is raised in a family or family-like environment which is in line with the key international child protection principles.
 
For this reform, SURGe Project is looking for а Team Lead who will shape area’s vision, set development priorities and maintain the development strategy based on stakeholder needs
