Monitoring and Evaluation Expert (ANP/NATO)

In October 2019, Agriteam Canada launched a new five-year project in Ukraine: Support to Ukraine’s Reforms for Governance (SURGe). 

SURGe’s Ultimate Outcome is to help the Government of Ukraine (GoU) to deliver governance and economic reforms that better respond to the needs of its citizens.
 

SURGe delivers strategic sessions, capacity-building activities, and advisory support to the Government of Ukraine to help develop consolidated strategic documents (e.g. Annual National Programs Ukraine – NATO), and to individual Ministries to help them develop Ministerial plans, Logic Models (“reform passports”), sets of key performance indicators, and other Ministerial planning documents with emphasis at the security and defense sector. 
 
For this reform initiative, SURGe Project is looking for Monitoring and Evaluation Expert who will be responsible for designing the RBM-based monitoring and evaluation framework for 100 ANP-NATO strategic goals, engaging more than 70 state entities working on the planning and implementation of the ANP-NATO, supporting the ANP-NATO team in developing strategic documents, guidelines other tools for the GoU Office to efficiently coordinate the ANP procedures. Professional experience in security and defense area is highly desirable.
