Senior Expert/Head and Expert of Inter-ministerial Strategies Unit

In October 2019, Alinea International launched a new five-year project in Ukraine: Support to Ukraine’s Reforms for Governance (SURGe). SURGe is a technical assistance project in Ukraine, funded by Global Affairs Canada and implemented by Alinea International.

SURGe currently has six reform initiatives in its portfolio. Under one of these reform initiatives, the Enhanced national planning, SURGe provides technical assistance to multiple Ministries to increase their capacity in the development of policies/reforms, strategic planning and monitoring by using the Results-Based Management (RBM) methodology, enhanced with the citizen-oriented approach and by using the Project^UA IT system - all of which already embedded into Ukraine’s legislation.

SURGe Project is looking for а Senior Expert/Head and Expert of Inter-ministerial Strategies Unit who will be working towards the following results:

1. Framework (incl. governance processes, standards, IT system functionality, capacity building) for developing inter-ministerial strategies using RBM developed;
2. Relevant module(s) of the Project^UA IT system developed;
3. One of inter-ministerial strategies inputted in Project^UA, monitoring launched in digital format.
