Collection of commersial proposals for creating an e-learning course for convicts on preparation for release

Within the framework of the project “Support to Ukraine`s reforms for governance” (SURGe) it is 

planned to create an e-learning course for convicts on preparation for release.


This announcement is an invitation to participate in the selection of commercial proposals for the provision of creating such course.


Commercial proposals are accepted by e-mail: kochuraelena7@gmail.com  until July 09, 2021.

 

The subject of the e-mail must be specified: "Commercial proposal_ Creating an e-learning course ".

  1. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTENT OF THE E-LEARNING COURSE

 

1.1. Creating the e-learning course means developing a software framework, graphic design, and script, of the e-learning course for convicts on their preparation for the release.

1.2. The course should be based on the information materials provided to the Contractor by the Customer.

1.3. Estimated duration of the e-learning course is at least 50 slides.

1.4. Slide size 1024 × 768 px.

1.5. Aspect ratio: 3: 4

1.6. Boundary conditions on the quantitative characteristics of the e-learning course components:

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE E-LEARNING COURSE SCRIPT

2.1. The e-learning course script must correspond to the information materials provided to the Contractor by the Customer

2.2. The script should contain detailed instructions for each screen of the e-learning course. The following instructions must include:

  • Screen number
  • Belonging of the screen to the module and the lesson
  • Screen type (graphic/text layout method)
  • Screen title
  • Screen subtitle
  • Screen text
  • Screen graphics
  • Description of interaction with interactive screen components

2.3. Scripting language: Ukrainian.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR E-LEARNING COURSE INTERACTION WITH DISTANCE LEARNING SYSTEM

3.1. The e-learning course must support the SCORM Distance Learning Standard version 1.2 or 1.4 (SCORM 2004).

  1. The e-learning course should be delivered in separate SCORM packages, ready for download in the Distance Learning System
  2. The e-learning course should also be delivered as a Web package, ready to be downloaded to the server and used independently without downloading to the distance learning system.

 

  1. TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION

 

  • 4.1.            The e-learning course must be created and transferred to the Customer following the work plan defined in Table 4.1. Calendar work plan.
