LEGAL ADVISOR ON EU LEGISLATION

The reform is aimed to secure consumer safety along with implementation of commitments under the Association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and fulfilling conditions needed for signing the ACCA agreement and harnessing benefits of the free trade with the EU.
Legal Advisor on EU Legislation will advise on drafting amendments to legal acts regulating market surveillance, bringing them in compliance with the EU principles on consumer safety for their further evaluation by the Delegation of European Commission.
